Distraught! Defeated! Enranged!

Hi all. Please be advised, to date I have not had assistance in this matter. Can my complaint please be acknowledged and resolved? I have been trying to get help from Old mutual since December 2023. I visited the branch and was told my request for refund has been submitted. No one has called me or assisted. If you cannot assist, where am I to go? I honestly do not understand what is happening and the lack of communication. My number is ***. PLEASE PLEASE ASSIST ME!!!!

I send out complaints to your online platform, i receive automated responses but NOBODY HAS CALLED TO ACTION MY QUERY! I raised this issue on the 22 December 2023 and still nothing. Old Mutual debited my account without communication or permission from me mid December, these were funds put aside to book my sons ticket back home. My son is still not home and has missed school this whole week. Please please I am begging you to refund my monies to my account so I can get my child back home and to school. This is not fair. I never authorized this. PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP ME!

OLD MUTUAL I NEED MY MONEY TODAY. MY SON HAS MISSED WHOLE WEEK FROM SCHOOL. THESE MESSAGES YOU ARE SENDING ME ARE NOT BEING FOLLOWED UP BY ACTION. I WILL POST ON ALL SOCIAL PLATFORMS IF NEED BE. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. SINCE DECEMBER 2023 YOU HAVE BEEN UNDERSTANDING MY URGENCY BUT STILL NO RESULTS. DO NOT GAS LIGHT ME. I NEED MY MONIES REVERSED BACK TO MY CAPITEC SAVINGS ACCOUNT ***. My matter has been a priority but everyday I wake up there is no changes or actions.
