Dissatisfied non-client

I canceled my policies which came directly off my salary in 2021. This year, months later in October and November, debits happened from my bank account. I did not sign any new policies with Old Mutual. How does this even happen? All I got is a payment schedule after my query. This is not proof that I signed up for a policy! After several emails, I got no response to my request to be forwarded to the ***** unit.
