Dissatisfied

My Late father was working at shoprite whom had a pension fund with Alexander forbes, i was advised at shoprite to go look for a financial advisor as they would pay out my inheritance, i went to oldmutual, money was transferred from Alexander to Oldmutual. My Oldmutual advisor did a Blunder that led my inheritance not to be paid out, so now Inorder for oldmutual to transfer my Funds to Me, they say they will need a tax directive from Alexander Forbes , seemingly Alexander Forbes doesn't wanna get involved, im busy given a Round around
