Dissatisfied client

Old Mutual Superfund is the worst ever!! in fact Old Mutual on the whole is *********** and do not know anything about delivery great customer experience. I have submitted my withdrawal claim on the 16th of September 2024 and to date have not received any funds. I called Old Mutual call center more than 6 occasions only to get told I must wait. I asked if I can escalate the matter but was told 30 days are not yet up so Is that the kind of service Old Mutual wants to be known for. I did not ask Old Mutual to borrow me money. I am requesting my own money that I worked damn hard for! I have gotten no joy from calling Old Mutual and even sent an email to complain but still no funds. I was told the funds were disinvested last week and payout will be Tuesday the latest and today is Thursday still nothing. I would not recommend Old Mutual to any family or friends!
