Dissatisfaction on Old Mutual servicr
Very angry, disappointed, furious and really wish I don't have a policy with Old. Mutual. I made an application for a withdrawal from My policy on the 18th of September and till today 08Novrmber nothing happened, if I call the service center they always said they will check why and came back to me, but they never. Only God's know if I, ll ever get my money. Very poor service

10 Nov 2020, 13:58I, m still not being contacted and I really don't understand because last time I spoke to one of their branch managers, they said payment will be done on Monday the 9th.today is the 10th and nothing happened.
