Dissatisfaction of service
I am truly disappointed with the service I get from old mutual, I have been waiting for payment of my Provident fund claim, it been pending from August. I submitted everything that they require they keep escalating my case but no one gets back to me. I can't even pay my children' school fees and it towards the end of the year.
