Dissatisfaction Complaint- Unpaid claim

Hello Peter,

I would like to lodge a complaint about Old Mutual in Mosselbay Branch. I have been engaging with the Old Mutual team in MosselBay since April 2024 regarding my late brother's Funeral policy claim but nothing has been processed until thus far. I submitted all the required documentation to process the claim. I have yet not received substantive feedback or resolution from them and my attempts to engage with Old Mutual have left me feeling disregarded and as if my concerns are not being taken seriously.

I believe my claim is valid , because the final claim was conducted in July 2024 and I am entitled to a detailed explanation regarding any delays or issues that may have arisen in the process. Your Intervention will be highly appreciated.
