Dissappointing!!

Why do I have to complain before I can get any assistance with your offices?!! It's been months since I requested for my child to be added to my policy and nothing was ever done. No updates or communication whatsoever. What must happen should anything happen to my child? We must trust you with our lives like this with no assurance that our families will get any help should we pass on? Come on!!
