Dissappointed

<p>My father passed away on the 24th of august 2016. And he had a retirement fund with Old Mutual we submitted the claims and everything after his passing. But till today we havent recieved any payment they sent my mom a message saying after 10days we would be paid 10days has come and passed but still nothing.... We called head office today they said we must wait another 10 days. We also have things to do with the money we have tuition fees to pay you guys are delaying us....</p>
