Dissaponting experience they have no turnaround time on solving issues
Dissaponting experience they have no turnaround time on solving issues. I lodged my claim on 18 September 2024 they said it will take up to 30 days but up until now nothing. Everytime when I call I'm told my issue is with IT now it's the 10 November 2024 still nothing.

21 Nov 2024, 14:37Its 11 days later and my issue is still not resolved. I'm still told about the error and escalation and batches. how long will it take for Old Mutual to fix this? This is not fair to us as customers the worst part is even Old Mutual does not know when will this be sorted. It's been over 60 days now. I am so disappointed in Old Mutual.
