Dissapointed

Absolutely dissapointed with Old Mutual. After claiming, they still continue to debit me and it's been 5 months and they have not refunded me.

all agents you call cannot assist. It's always been escalated.

I complained to the complaints department, they called back and still nothing was done. Even complaints department apologized and obviously couldn't do anything.
