Dissapointed

I'm so disappointed in old mutual, not to mention the service of the consultants unprofessional!!!. only to receive a dis investment. I mean do I have to beg for my own money and to get assistance. I did the dis investment way before the first week in January it takes 5-7 days and I still did not receive my money. I kept on calling in everyday to find out how far the process is all 10 consultants has different processes at this point I have given up. I will not ever recommend old mutual to anyone. I will go on every social media platform to let everyone know how unprofessional you are!! Disgusted is a understatement I would like to cancel all my policies with you!!!.
