Dissapointed

I went to open another annunty and 2in1 savings account with this branch. I told him to put a stop order from my paysheet with the annity one, then he deducted it from my bank account. I recently asked him to get my stuff ready as I need it for tax purposes. He let me know that I have cancelled my policies because of insuffisunt funds in my bank. I still have 2 accounts from which they deduct monthly. Before it was cancelled someone phoned me in according to the policy that was cancelled when I told them what happened they send me back to this *********** guy that must fix his mistake. I need my stuff for the tax seison
