Dissapointed

<p>I have received my transunion report and to my suprice i see that my old mutal loan still reflects a balance of R19785.. i would like to know why there is still reflecting a balance as this account was suppose to be closed and reflect a R0 balance.. not only is this bad but it also affects my score.. i want this to be resolve as soon as possible or i will take this further</p>
