Dissapointed

I am tired of old mutual ,how long does it take to cancel a policy, i went to the branch 5 times,do they even know how to do their jobs. Wen i go der, dey fighting in front of their customers. Fighting for clients. And cant even help.... Unprofessional and irritating behavior.... Am dissapointed
