Disrespectful Staff member

Your staff member is making TikTok’s of my late mother that was a client with Old Mutual and for your staff member to lash out like that on Tiktok is beyond disrespectful and insensitive. I believe Old Mutual don’t condone such behaviour nor will they employ such heartless employees. I truly hope Old Mutual keeps this staff member accountable for such disrespect towards my late mother!
