Disrespectful Old Mutual Consultant /Anele ***

I just received a phone call from Anele ***. She did not even introduce herself properly. I checked the number on true caller. She is very rude no respect for clients. She has no listening skills whatsoever. Please provide proper training so that she can learn to have phone etiquette. She is clueless as to why she even called me. What makes matters worse is that she spoke over me and ridiculed me for not having my policy documents. And she started laughing
