Disrespect and horrible experience

Had such a horrible experience at the comso city mall branch. One employee by the name of Gmanoto just left me by the cuble to attend to her friends outside while the lady by the name of Nomthandazo Mzobe at the reception literally just shouted at me infront of the customers. It's was shocking really, the only thing I asked was if it's possible to be assigned to someone else and she blew the whole thing. I can't believe this is what we have to experience at your branches. Imagine a customer being shouted at for simpley asking for assistance
