Disrespect and buck passing

This company is failing to acknowledge their part in the desperate situation that many disadvantaged investors find themselves. The disrespect shown to investors is scarcely credible. Yesterday they failed to meet with a representative of these investors despite having themselves organised the meeting. I would dearly love to have no further dealings with OMI but they wish to charge me some £35,000 for the privilege.
