Disregard for clients when it comes to payouts

I have been waiting almost a month now for them to deposit my money i have been to different branches and still nothing, YOU CALL AND HOLD FOR ALMOST AN HOUR really absolutely no regard for their clients after this I am cancelling all my policies with them its just not worth the headache you go to the branch and the consultants send you to 3 different people and you walk out without been helped still I see why people leave corpses in their offices its out of desperation, no customer care at all I have 2 References CEB*** AND CEB***.I WANT MY MONEY
