Disorganized

<p>Went to old mutual in randburg and the agent told us they were offlineto come back after an hour yet through the glass windows we saw them cleaning at 12:40 midday.... So we left and came back after a few minutes only to be given tickets, called to an available agent and sent back to the desk while we watch ppl who came after us being assisted but we never were.... Ended being late by 30 min for my job and not having been assisted... The service there is f***en bad I mean I don't understand whythry at work if they not interested in helping clients as that is what theyare hired for.... </p>
