Dismal service

<p>I have a disinvestment claim that has been going on for about a month with this company, their email service is unbelievable. You get response after a week, documents are requested one by one meaning this week it's a form, the next week it's your id copy etc</p> <p>I am out of words with disappointment over their service, the last email response i sent was a complaint but i haven't heard from them since. I want my money from old mutual, i wouldn't recommend this insurance company to any one..</p>
