Disloyalty to clients

I have 7 policies with old mutual since I was going on my maternity leave, I app**** for 6 months premium holiday so they don't deduct money from my account until I get back to work. I app**** on the 29/12/2015 but on the 31/ 1/2016 money was deducted from my payslip,I went to the Mamelodi branch on the first to query I was told I will be refunded after 7 days I wasn't refunded I went again on the 11/02/2016 I was told it will be refunded after 3 days until today 16/02/2016 I don't have my money. I have been loyal to this company for years recommended it to friends,colleagues and family, today I regret ever making business with them.
