Disinvestment request that took over two months before pay out

I am writing this review with a heavy heart, I am contamplating suing old mutual, my husband invested with old mutual but everytime we have financial problems and disinvest, we are supposed to go to police station and do affidavits, then submit, they would keep quite for two weeks, then they'll send you an email saying they did not receive your application, you must go back to the branch and reapply, their service is so bad, they don't answer fones, they respond to your emails after two days, they hired a bunch of lazy consultants, administrators, their service is so bad that we are thinking of joining Liberty and sanlam, they are so cruel, they I'll treat people they think they are high and mighty but forgetting that without our money they wouldn't be where they are today, Bad service all the way!
