Disinvestment RA

I app**** for a disinvestment from Old Mutual on the 28.04.2023. I've sent emails. WhatsApp Phoned to try and find the status and if all documents are in order, but no response. Can someone from old mutual informed me of the status and when the money will be transferred into my account.
