Disinvestment not paid out.

I am extremely disappointed in old mutual. On the 17th of November 2020. I sent through 2 disinvestment forms requesting to do a disinvestment on 2 of my Old Mutual Max investment polices. To this day my disinvestment has not been paid out to me. I tried calling old mutual a couple of times. But every time I call to try and get assistance and find out whats happening, I am told that I am going to be put through to the relevant department for assistance but on all occasions I was put on hold for longer than 30 minutes. I am extremely unhappy and would like to have my policies fully paid out to me and cancelled.
