Disinvestement Refund taking forever
I am not happy with customer service from old mutual investment, I withdraw from their policy ********** 8 two weeks back & documentation has been sent through but no refund yet in my bank account.
what is the holdup? why am I not getting the refund? do I need to take this small matter further? will old mutual pay the costs?
