Disinvest impossible

I transferred my pension funds from GEPF to old mutual wealth fund. Did one withdrawal. Now have decided to disinvest and withdraw all my money and prepared for any penalties. Old mutual is telling I can't disinvest before 55 years. Is this possible. I just want my money. Can't I disinvest in am financially struggling, and have money that is mine at old mutual.???
