Dishonesty and delays in withdrawing my funds!

Old Mutual is the absolute worse with the most *********** employees. I made a withdrawal request from my retirement on the 18th of January and I was told it would take 13-21 business days for my policy to payout. It’s the 25th of February and I’ve been sending emails requesting an update with no assistance. I called today and only today am I being told to wait further because the policy now has to go to SARS and it could take more weeks. I’m absolutely disgusted and disappointed by this and I will certainly no longer invest with Old Mutual. This was an emergency and I can’t even access my funds. Poor service. Horrible company. Never again!
