Dishonest Finance Institution

<p>I did a loan application at one of your branches in Menlyn Mall and was advise that loan has been approve, I went and signed contract and was advised that money will be released the following day, the following day I got a call from consultant advising that they need to release funds but I need to go and sign AGAIN as they had a system error, I went and signed, now I receive email form branch manager stating that application has been declined, after all the efforts I went throw. They come and tell me about policies. What happened to honesty in this institution? What was the contract I signed(twice) was binding me to if application is declined?</p>
