Dishonest

Old Mutual financial adviser and myself have submitted all the necessary documents for Funeral cover and I was advice that the payout is with 48 Hours and that was on 30th January 2021 I never received a payout from them 05 February 2021 I went to Old mutual branch "Westgate Shopping Centre" and another financial advisor then advice me that I will received my payout with 48hours and apologies for the inconvenience that this has caused to me. today 08 February 2021 I am receiving a call from old mutual and I am being told that I will receive my payout after 10 working days.
