Disgusting service!!!!! Sies

My mother had a retirement annuity with old mutual and when she is supposed to get her money she is told that she needs to get it from SARS how on earth!!!! Why does she now get sent from pillar to post when it's time to pay?? Don't take peoples money if you have a problem with rendering good service. This is not the first time she gets thrown under the bus by old mutual. The whole entire company knows nothing about TCF or ethics at all Disgusting I tell you!!!
