DISGUSTING SERVICE OLD MUTUAL

I am absolutely shock at the experaince my elderly mother had to endure at your Branch in Cresta, i heard how the women Phillus spoke to my mother, infront of my six year old. I think this treatment is disgusting and i will be layiong charges against her.

My brother died three months ago and she is still waiting for the funeral cover to be paid out, and in all adverting its states that the cover will be paid out in 24 hours!!!!!!
