DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM OLD MUTUAL

Very BAD EXPERIENCE when you have to withdraw your funds. I have been in contact with old mutual since late April to withdraw my MONEY. 1st time I called and they said they will send me papers to fill, did they send the papers? NO. 2nd time I called they asked me question and took my bank details and they said I will get my money in 5 to 10 business days, after 5 days I called to follow up and guess what nothing was done. I was very angry at that points because I REALLY NEEDED THE MONEY hence I have savings for hard times. A manager was called and they said they will give me 75% of my money that day and the rest I'll get it after 5 to 10 working days. 10 days passed and still I did not get my money, I called again and they lady that was assisting me said I must hold the line while she still checks. I held the line for a WHOLE 30 minutes until my airtime finished. Did I get a call back NO. Old mutual service is disgusting, I have 3 products with them and after the weekend I am canceling all of them.
