disgusting service from old mutual

I am horrified at the pathetic service i am receiving from old mutual . It is shocking that the customer service agents at old mutual dont even know their own company procedures, When I called 2 weeks ago regarding my premium increases I was told to send a letter by the call centre agent at old mutual . she said this would be actioned immediately . This call is recorded. When I called today to follow up , nothing has been done and the agent today says I was given the wrong information by the other staff member !!! How pathetic is this !!! she takes a long time to even find my letter and says nothing has been done . When I ask for the supervisor she gladly says I must hold on , then I am told on the phone office hours are closed !!!!!!!! I am shocked by old mutual. 1] they gladly take my money everymonth. 2] when their broker signed me up as a policy holder , he then dissappeared. 3] despite me telling them I need a broker they really give a damn. 4] This latest incident is a reflection again of the ********** service I am receiving . 5] I have no problem cancelling my policy and moving to another service provider who values their customers . My policy number is ***.
