Disgusting Service from Old Mutual

Totally disgusted with the lack of communication from Old Mutual. Sent an email over a week ago as need to change details and forgot my login. They sent a reply requesting my ID number which I furnished immediately and then I requested to cash in a policy and have heard nothing. Since my initial email, I have emailed them three times and have not received a single reply. Not the kind of service I expected from Old Mutual.
