Disgusting Service from Old Mutual

I app**** for a loan on the 8th January 2019, everything has been approved but yet I have received the worst service. I have been on the phone every single day following up and have been to the branch numerous times. Nomafu Sisusa has been the person who assisted me, she has the most disgusting attitude and she has blocked my profile so other staff members aren't able to get in to assist me. To date there has been no further developments on my profile. I will never recommend Old Mutual to anyone
