Disgusting service ever!

Old mutual is the worse company to het through to. Even the stupid whatsapp is not user friendly. I have been trying to contact them but you wait to long for someone to answer. They have been deducting my premium for months on the wrong date for my funeral insurances. I respond via sms with no results. I have never told them to debt my premiums on the 29th and if I should request the call recording it will clearly show that I asked for my deduction to be on the last day of each month. I tried calling them today between 12 and 13hoo waited for 30 min before an agent assisted. When u asked his name he kept quiet and this really passed me off after waiting a full 30 minutes and waisting my airtime. You service is pathetic to say the least. Disgusting and tiu must better your service and think about your customer and not just about getting the money
