Disgusting service

I have a green light policy with old mutual from 2013. Everytime i call in to cancel my daughter educational cover, no one picks up and when i finally speak to a consultant. They always drop the call before i am assisted and no one calls me back. I am not happy with the service i am getting and i need feedback ASAP because it's my right to cancel my educational cover and get the payouts as agreed when i had taken the policy. If i don't get any feedback. I will escalate this to the ombudsman's
