Disgusting Service
Hi I have a query with Old Mutual South Africa for 4 months. I am disgusted at the poor service I received. I have been to one of the branches, been calling, emailing, more calling but still my query has not been resolved. I have 6 policies with Old Mutual South Africa and I have decided to cancel them. I sent a complaint mail on their website and still waiting for response to that as well. This is now my last resort. I am a very unhappy client!
