Disgusting Service

Once again, horrible service from Old Mutual claims dept. I emailed claim forms on the 17/01/2023, no response, emailed them again when my doctor sent claim forms and then got a claim number finally. I still have not heard anything from them regarding the claim. I had the same issue in 2021 and i am really thinking of cancelling my policy with them. I have this policy since 2013 and nothing but heartache when you put through a claim.
