Disgusting service

They have no idea what they are doing. I must have nearly 10 different reference numbers from them. I filled in all my information at their office in Malelane I was told by the person there that everything was in order and I would receive my pension payout in Jan. To date not a word or any payment. It is my money that they refuse to give back to me. You cant complain about their service as there is none. They just take your money, absolutely disgusting
