Disgusting service!

I resigned from my previous company almost three months ago. To date, I still haven't received my provided fund money. When I check the status of my application on their WhatsApp, it's saying the money has been paid and will reflect within two days. It's been 3 three weeks, still getting the same message. Cannot believe the run around I'm getting in order to get my money. When I call them, I always get different stories. Now I'm at the point of giving up. I cancelled all the plans I had with that money. I will never do any business with Old mutual. I tell everyone around me the same.
