Disgusting service at Old Mutual
I recently did a withdrawal through the WhatsApp method from my Old Mutual policy, after not receiving any feedback for like 5 working days about the transaction, i decided to call and get the progress, i then discovered that, nothing was done thus far. Am so dissapointed

23 Apr 2021, 10:07When someone opt to do a withdrawal theres an emergency at most, even now, you say you will investigate ang get back to me, it can be another 5 working days or more. Why is it difficult to give us our money we've invested than it is to give us a loan?
