DISGUSTING SERVICE AND ********* WAYS OF DOING BUSINESS

I am giving up with Old Mutual, I have no words. I have never dealt with such *********** people. What a Disgusting Service. They actually like bad publicity and think they are untouchable or even think they are the only company that offer insurance.Im just wondering if the Executives of this company knows what's happening at the bottom and how we are treated as customers. The only option now is to approach the Ombudsman maybe they will be able to provide feedback to them.
