Disgusting service

I have a policy for couple of year with OMPFA and it gives me the aility toadd on benefihts for new family members and so on . This policy deduct from my payslip .

I added my young son last year and policy never started i only got a lapse message how i do not know . I tried againg signing revival form for what i believe is someone's fault of either incompetence or not doing their job.

I have now lost faith on OLD Mutual , emagine if anything can happen to my son . After so many year still they cannot manage to deal with such small issues with have so much impact on their clients lives .

I think its time for change .I have never been this dissapointed . What a junk service people wait for you to ask for progress after their promise to get back to you.

OLD Mutual is a joke never trust them.
