Disgusting service

Sadly, this company does not care about their clients. They forget us when we get older and only care if they know they can get a lot of business from us. When they found out about some illnessness they didn't even bother to load the policy but just simply turned it down without a proper explanation, yet I have supported them all my life. Interestingly, they didn't bother to investigate my claim that the diagnosis was incorrect and the doctor admitted an error so I went back to them to ask for a quote again and to re-open the case and so far it's months but no one has gotten back to me!!!
