Disgusting Service!!!

I have submitted a claim to them almost 2 months ago. Since I've submitted the claim, no one has ever contacted me via telephone to give me an update, I've had to phone everytime. I've asked to speak to the manager of that department and to date no one has contacted me. I've sent several emails asking for an update and I still don't know how far my claim is. I'm truly disgusted in the service I've received from them and wouldn't advise anyone to do business with them.
