Disgusting service
I get my monthly pension pay out on either the 27th or 28th of every month. This year Old Mutual has decided (without communicating with me) that they will wait until the 30th of December to pay out my money. You are disposable!!! I have had so many issues with you already and this is my money. You are not doing me a favour. It’s my money. Just for once, do the right thing and treat your clients with the respect they deserve. You are playing games with people’s money and their lives. sies for you, Disgusting!!!
