DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

Old mutual service is appalling.Namely Superfund and protektor fund. After all documents submitted nearly 3 months ago she has not even received her commutation or monthly income.To top it all off the do not call clients for feedback and seems that complaints fall on deaf ears. She recently retired and they are making this whole process really worrisome for her.I would not advise anybody to do business with old mutual as the services has become disgusting! Shes an ex staff member to top it all off. So her loyalty to the company for more than 25 years means absolutely nothing!
